PERMISSIONS

     - FORBIDDEN
     By using Falsetto Makearu (負或ファルセット), the user agrees to not redistribute altered/unaltered content of the voicebank/character Falsetto Makearu for commercial purposes.

     - PERMISSION REQUIRED
     Creation of derivatives voicebanks/characters and mature or R-18 content, such as explicity sex, illegal activities, or otherwise, involving Falsetto Makearu or any other voicebanks listed within this website domain requires the permission of Danial Saufi Hamidi beforehand. This does not apply to works where R-18 content is implied but not explicitly shown. Commercial works involving Falsetto Makearu that does not involve redistribution of Falsetto Makearu's or and other voicebank's voicebank or character also requires permission. The user acknowledges that, if permission is not granted and the aforementioned content is created, Danial Saufi Hamidi has the authority to remove the content.

     - PERMISSION NOT REQUIRED
     The voicebank Falsetto Makearu is allowed for public and non-commercial usage, 'public and non-commercial usage' defined as, and any content created that does not violate the above clauses does not require the permission of the voicer and/or Danial Saufi Hamidi. Acknowledgement to the voicer of the voicebank and/or Danial Saufi Hamidi when creating content involving Falsetto Makearu is not neccesarilly required.

The user acknowledges that Danial Saufi Hamidi, the creator and voicer of Falsetto Makearu, is not held responsible for any issues that arise due to using/misusing the voicebank/character Falsetto Makearu. The user of Falsetto Makearu acknowledges that Danial Saufi Hamidi has the authority to ban the usage of the voicebank/character Falsetto Makearu in the event the above clauses are violated and voicebank/character Falsetto Makearu is misused.
